Volunteers

Volunteers are essential to Kids Haven. Volunteers help set up the sale spaces, receive consigned items, organize items for sale, assist customers during the sale, assist consignors in retrieving unsold items, and help move Kids Haven out of the rented spaces. Volunteering is hard work that can be challenging and rewarding.  It can also be fun and a great way to make new friends!  Helping at the sale also earns Volunteers the privilege of shopping during the Volunteer Shopping night to get first choice at the best selection, without the crowds on opening day. In addition, Volunteers who also consign items at the sale can increase the percentage that they receive from the sale of their items.  Detailed information about volunteer shifts is available on-line once the sale dates are established.
